Terrible Herbst’s Corporate office is located on Las vegas boulevard, near the iconic “Welcome to las vegas sign.” It is a two-story, 17,000 square-foot office Building that was Originally built in 1982. It has unique features likes a waterfall and an atrium. The landscape hid most of this building from view until recently.

Our team was hired to create the Mechanical, plumbing and electrical plans for the office renovation and over-haul that took place from 2020-2021. Our team faced challenges with this building’s clerestory and abundance of natural light when it came to designing and coordinating HVAC systems, lighting and the fire suppression System. The fire Suppression system was required to have specialized freeze protection utilizing thermal heat trace technology. That wasn’t all the challenges. the building suffered from low water pressure which required The addition of A domestic water booster Pump and fire sprinkler pump.
