Because it’s full of fans.

Down in Goodyear, AZ there is a new luxury apartment building that houses the Cincinnati Reds during their Spring Training time in the desert. The four-story building features 42 apartment units, player and staff amenities such as a players lounge and game room, a barber shop, a pool and BBQ area. There are also, administrative offices, conference space, and classrooms.

Our team collaborated with the architectural team and contributed to the project by creating the mechanical and plumbing construction documents for this project.
