Located in the exclusive neighborhood, The Summit, this custom single-family residence spans 15,000 square feet of livable area with a detached casita that is 1,000 square feet in size and a 5,000 square foot climate controlled garage.

Our team designed the mechanical and plumbing systems for the residence in collaboration with the architectural design team, interior designer, general contractor and the electrical design team.
